Sister2Sister Virtuous Women of Order Inc. provides trauma-informed care for human trafficking survivors, domestic violence victims, and women in crisis — through workshops, mentorship, speaking events, transitional housing, and the support every woman deserves.
Rolanda Bell is an inspirational speaker and the Founder and President of Sister2Sister Virtuous Women of Order Inc.
Drawing on more than 25 years of outreach and her own journey through hardship, Rolanda has dedicated her life to mentoring women through crisis, recovery, and restoration.
A mother, theologist, and certified entrepreneur, Rolanda has served as a teacher of the ministry for two decades and continues her studies in religion, biblical studies, and communications. She combines faith, education, and lived experience to walk with women as they rebuild — because no woman should have to do it alone.
Rolanda Bell's transformational book uses technology metaphors to guide you through reprogramming your spirit, mind, and emotions. Part book, part journal, part 21-day tracker, part self-discovery workbook — all designed to help you upgrade your inner operating system.
We are committed to empowering women by providing comprehensive support services that enhance their well-being — across emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and housing needs. We create a nurturing environment where women access the tools and resources to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.
To foster a community where all women feel empowered, supported, and capable of leading fulfilling lives. Through our holistic approach, we equip women with the skills and resources needed to thrive — creating a society where women are valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

A team of women — mothers, mentors, marketers, and ministers — committed to seeing every sister rise.
Every success story is a sister who decided she was worth more — and found a community willing to walk with her there.
Sister2Sister gave me more than shelter — they gave me a sisterhood. For the first time, I felt seen, heard, and capable. Today, I run my own business and mentor other women who are where I used to be.
I came here broken, ashamed, and convinced my story was over. Rolanda and the S2S team reminded me that survivors aren't damaged — we're proof that healing is possible.
The youth mentorship event changed everything for my daughter. She walked in shy and walked out believing in herself. The S2S community is family.
